- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Processed in 1-2 days, delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days
Note: We cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your package’s journey from our London boutique to your doorstep.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Carriers will leave packages in a safe place or with a neighbour per their standard procedures. You’ll receive notifications to rearrange delivery if needed.
Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or colour, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
