- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customs fees may apply for international orders.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please follow these simple steps:

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our London boutique address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping service. For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
Exchanges
- Processed once we receive the original item
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
